LEVEL OF MANAGEMENT


Manager
The manager is someone who works through others to coordinate their activities to achieve goals
Pyramids of number of employees in organizations with a traditional structure, based on its level.
In the traditional organizational structure, managers are often grouped into top managers, middle managers and first line managers (usually represented by a pyramid, in which a larger number of employees at the bottom than at the peak).

First-line management, also known as operational management terms, is the lowest level of management in charge of directing and overseeing non-managerial employees involved in the production process. They are often called supervisors, shift manager, area manager, office manager, department manager, or foreman. the accident



Its begin from the big one of famous recreation place in Indonesia , and specialy Jakata, the accident start from one of game in that place, when  the holiday coming, in there always crowded with any people to get happiness and enjoy in that place, and that place opened start from 10 am until 9pm , This is happened about 1PM

The game always on operating but that day even in a holiday that “game” is so quiet, and there is two (2) visitors who would like to try that game, when the first time that game has been played on the day, it has gone well, everything was just fine, until its finished, and because of there’s only a few visitors so the costum asking the visitors to enjoy the game again without standing in queue, the visitors agree with them and want to get in to the game and the game started, when the game has been started and that game is on the top of tower, seuddenly that game stuck in there. It stopped. Can’t go anywhere. The costum has no idea with that because in the first time the game has runned well. Even when it’s not operational time yet, the costum have to try the machine of all the game in there until three times to make sure that everything is fine. The game have to follow standard operational procedure policy, and if that has been done people can get a game, but the bad thing is, the visitors is still on the top of tower. It’s about 10 untill 15 meters

When the costum check it and they can’t handle it, and finnaly one of the costum reported to head section and engineering to fix that game

That’s game still cant working even it has been one hour from the tragedy, with the hot weather, two visitors still stuck in the top of tower, even the costum in down felt hot too, can we imagine what the visitors felt on the day ?

Operations Manager, Costumer Service Manager and first aid staff came to localized, the half-hour went by quickly and finally succeeded to downing the game, after a half hour indecent stuck on top of the tower, two visitors looked very pale, and then all of staff was rushed to hold two visitors to the First aid car, and next brought to first aid room

When they arrived at first aid room, and it turns out in the first aid room was full and finally two visitors immediately taken to a special VIP rest area who happened to quiet, after this visitores laid on the couch is very soft and comfort, operational managers were immediately ordered all staff to scatter to find hot tea first aid equipment, medicines and warm food to cool off, because the resting place for recreation that does not provide food only provides a resting place and a kind welcome drink like softdrink

Once given a task of the staff was quickly rushed to find who has been ordered from manager.

First of all, two visitorss were in check and eliminate shock with resting approximately 15 minutes, after a little quiet, the manager has to humbly to apologize for the events that really was not pleased. After that the chat for a moment and sharing to relieve a shock  that are still stuck in these visitors, and in between was the dinning room two visitors who have provided a variety of delicious foods, eating was the two visitors with all the managers talking to managers know how psychological condition of these visitors.

Eating also continues customer service manager and operations manager rushed over to the standby staff at the reception desk, and sent back one of its staff to prepare some marchendise man for apologizing for the party game area, after which the manager returned to the dinning room and eat again with manager and two other visitors, the half-hour passed, the meal was finished and the visitor intends to go home, before leaving two visitors were approached by the manager was in oprasional and once again apologized and said “ Im Sorry for events that are less pleasing in the recreation area this to you both, we apologize on behalf of the company and there are some gifts for you, even though this is not much, but at least this as an apology for the incident who was not wearing it for you all, thank you for her recreation in our place, and we awaiting the arrival of brother sister back here with a game or a state of better service, THANK YOU, please "
