LEADERSHIP

1. In general understanding of the three elements of leadership is an action or a person who mempengaruhikelompok or others to actand work to achieve a goal or desire that is expected whenapplied early on, leadership will not run if not the existence of agroup, a cadre of movers and objectives each of an organization or group, it all will produce a positive impact for all membersorganisasi.karna with leadership, an organization can be all themembers can establish an even stronger familial togetherness ofan organization will be felt when a leader who led the know how to lead an organization.


2. I think leadership is an attitude, or the soul of someone who is ableto lead an organization, to reach the ultimate goal is good, and run the organization with the right without any obligationketerbengkalaian a leader in carrying out his leadership.
as an example: 
 a student council president, in charge of running the organization or any event in the school, the chairman pointed osisduty, encourage or provide referrals to other members osis toundergo the task that is given, without choosing which membersprioritized, and without selecting the members of which are at workinvited, but must be flat and fair, and also chairman osis when on duty, ketuas osis must not forget to work initially as a pupil at the school, for study and undergo other school activities.


3. Taking the initiative

that a leader must know where the time is blank or existingmembers who have difficulty or any activity that was done by members experiencing any difficulties or obstacles, the leadertook the initiative to help other members.

A leader in charge to take or regulate the course of an organization and directs all members to work together to be able to reach the target end of the joint.

Provide information
example:
a leader must be able to dig up information as possible to thedisseminate updates to all members, so that all members know what will happen in the future later. because members not only in charge of running the command but also must know the newsabout the organization around.

Provide support
example:
a leader must have a humble attitude, so as notashamed to support the members of that organization.

Giving thought
example:
a leader must have a creative idea to give new thought or idea to the members of the organization so as not to run flat.

Taking a conclusion
example:
A leader must be able to take a final decision or conclusion firmlywithout any party in ruugikan, in the sense before making a decision a leader must think long, whether positive or negativeeffects what if a conclusion is made

4. style or the way a leader to oversee or lead all members within an organization.

when I became leader, I will wear the style of leadership style withemployee orientation,
